Mission :

To protect our organization's digital assets and ensure secure access for authorized users, the Cybersecurity IAM Specialist will develop, implement, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. Leveraging their cybersecurity expertise and IAM technologies, they will play a crucial role in safeguarding our systems and data against unauthorized access, breaches, and cyber threats.

Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement IAM solutions that meet security requirements and business needs.
  • Develop IAM security policies, conduct security risk assessments, and perform IAM audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation measures.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement IAM security controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Research and evaluate new IAM technologies and tools to enhance our security posture.
  • Provide technical support and training to end users on IAM systems and services.

What we are looking for :

  • Experience in designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of authentication, authorization, and identity management technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, etc.
  • Experience configuring IAM security policies, including MFA, CAC, and identity federation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Cybersecurity certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CompTIA Security+ are valued.
  • University degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technological infrastructure management roles.
  • Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher.
  • Strong communication and adaptability skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders and adapt to various environments.
