Job Title : Solar Module Sales Executive

In this pivotal role, you will drive the growth of our Solar Module sales business by identifying and capitalizing on key market opportunities in Spain. Your expertise in regional market analysis will inform your approach to supply / demand trends, government policies, competitors' activities, and the performance of key distributors and installers.

You will build and nurture strong relationships with potential partners, including distributors, installers, and consultants, tailoring strategies for each. Establishing quarterly and annual sales targets, you will ensure their achievement through proactive sales initiatives. Supporting marketing efforts for regional campaigns such as exhibitions, presentations, and product launches is also a critical aspect of this position.

As a key member of our team, you will prepare regular sales reports for management review, tracking progress against goals. Gathering and analyzing customer feedback, market trends, and input from across the organization will help shape our product strategy and roadmap in the PV module segment. Engaging with key industry players in the assigned region will be essential to understand their business needs and ensure our product and service offerings align with their objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the solar module industry, with a background working with manufacturers or selling to developers and EPCs (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction firms). They will possess proven ability to generate sales and develop business opportunities, familiarity with customer procurement processes, and the ability to craft responses that align with their needs.

We are seeking a self-starter who can define product guidelines, make decisions, and see initiatives through to completion. Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex situations and identify the best solutions are essential. Fluency in the local language and English is required, with the ability to travel up to 50-60% of the time.
