Job Description

• As a Senior Group Controlling Officer you will work at the international level and with all business and corporate activities of Mantu;
• Present monthly financial results and business trends to the Controlling Manager and Group CFO, and share the reports with the Group Executive Committee
• Review monthly financial statements provided by the different activities of the Group, and engage with Financial Directors to assess and challenge the performance of their segments
• Deliver a timely synthesis of Mantu’s global financial performance with qualitative insights for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to the Mantu Board
• Monitor the evolution of key indicators and keep senior leadership informed about the Group’s financial position
• Ensure the global accuracy of financial statements by checking key reliability indicators (intercompany reconciliations, shared services re-invoicing, analytical allocations, etc.)
• Benchmark Mantu’s performance (profitability, growth) against peers in the global consulting industry
• Liaise with internal auditors and supervise internal controls to ensure operational effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with applicable regulations
• Produce ad hoc financial analyses as required by senior management
• Manage and mentor a Financial Analyst
