Global Post Producer

We are looking for a Global Post Producer with around 7-10 years’ experience in postproduction studios and deep knowledge on creative agencies processes. You will be working for a large beauty client in a multicultural environment. In your role you will need to be focused on details but with a global vision.

FUNCTIONS

• Prepare budgets for all projects based on brief and list of deliverables.
• Create, manage, monitor and update all timelines and set realistic expectations with Client Global Coordinator and creative agency.
• Traffic projects between studio hubs. You will be responsible for the hand-over of projects between the network studios working for this client. You will need to connect the dots between studios, so once the leading market is approved, transfers all assets and information needed.
• According to what agreed with Global Coordinator, set and manage client / creative agency expectations deliverables and timeframes (on campaign level / not on asset level).
• Monitor internal workflows, identify areas for improvement and make recommendations on production processes.
• Supervise the postproducers / studios involved in the project and work closely with the global coordinator for project success.
