In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of innovative Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration and delivery that meets business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and other teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Oversee integrations with third-party systems and provide guidance on best practices for Salesforce architecture.
• Ensure high-quality delivery, compliance with Salesforce best practices, and alignment with governance standards.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to Salesforce development teams, ensuring consistency in implementation and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Engage in the ongoing improvement of Salesforce processes, identifying areas of opportunity for optimization.
