We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our dynamic renewable energy organization in Spain. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue from key accounts in the renewable energy sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, project management, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of projects and exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Monitor and analyze key account metrics, such as sales performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability, and take appropriate actions to achieve targets.

Additionally, you will represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our renewable energy solutions and expand the network of potential clients.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) of business development and sales with minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in a sales leader role in the renewable energy industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of building up sales pipeline and achieving sales targets from 0-1, and driving business growth with limited resources.
