For this, you will have access to necessary information tools, media, support, and direction to meet the dealers' expectations.Key responsibilities include verifying and confirming the order book of your assigned dealers at the level of product availability and discounts, ensuring efficient on-time in-full delivery of products, and reporting on appropriate performance indicators.To be successful in this role, it is essential to possess a clear vocation for customer service, proactivity in relating all aspects that affect a dealer beyond an order, adaptability to change ways of working, enthusiasm for learning, and empathy to create and cultivate social relationships.Our company provides continuous training and coaching to support your growth, along with regular meetings with managers and the rest of the team to develop action plans.This position reports to the Customer Success Manager and offers the flexibility to work from home or from our office.Key Responsibilities :
