Are you passionate about turning challenges into opportunities and making a direct impact on business success? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment where you can help customers find the best solution for their needs? As a Junior Customer Retention Manager , you will play a key role in reducing churn and driving revenue , ensuring that customers stay engaged and satisfied with our services. If you love negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic problem-solving , this is the role for you!

Location : Madrid (hybrid)

Your role in our mission :

  • Optimize customer retention – Ensure that existing customers with the highest churn risk stay engaged and excited about GoStudent.
  • Consulting & support – Provide guidance to parents and students, address their needs, and ensure they get the most out of our learning solutions.
  • Handling objections & driving referrals – Confidently address objections, develop effective strategies, and actively encourage referrals.
  • Proactive communication & solution-finding – Reach out to customers proactively, identify challenges, and find empathetic and goal-oriented solutions.

What will you bring :

  • Very good English skills (C1 / C2) – You communicate confidently with English-speaking parents and can get them excited about our offering.
  • Customer focus & empathy – You have a strong sense of customer needs and always find the right solution.
  • Strong communication skills – You are persuasive, listen actively, find solutions, and build lasting relationships.
  • Experience in customer support or account management (a plus) – You have experience working with customers and know how to keep them engaged long-term.
  • Experience with CRM systems (a plus) – If you have worked with CRM tools before, you are well prepared.
