Your mission :

As Hotel Sales Executive, your mission is to drive the hotel’s revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans, cultivating strong client relationships, and collaborating across departments to deliver exceptional service and maximizing business opportunities in corporate, leisure, and group segments.

You will identify new market opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction through personalized service, all while working closely with the Sales & Marketing leadership to achieve and exceed sales targets.

What we’re looking for :

  • Education : BA degree in Business Administration, or a Hospitality School
  • Skills : Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities, with strong decision-making skills. Proven leadership and team motivation capabilities combined with a guest-focused mindset. Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Professional appearance and demeanor with an approachable, service-oriented attitude. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other digital tools. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience : Previous experience as a Sales Executive in 5-star hotels is essential.
  • Languages : Fluent English is required; knowledge of additional languages is highly valued.
  • Other : Own vehicle is a must due to travel needs for sales calls, client meetings, and industry events
