The People Operations team supports over 2,000 employees in EMEA, handling onboarding, benefits, payroll, and immigration matters. This team also supports global and regional programs, annual performance reviews, and projects.
This role will be the first point of contact for employees throughout their journey at Morningstar. You will manage people data, maintain accurate records, work with other departments to provide timely solutions, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
