Human Resource Professional

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This role involves supporting the Head of People in managing, developing, and implementing HR initiatives across global locations.

• This includes assisting in the implementation and control of global HR initiatives, policies, and procedures.
• Additionally, you will coordinate payroll management with international external providers and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

You will prepare employment contracts for new employees and contract amendments, address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a culturally sensitive manner, and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

We require a strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
