Are you passionate about building and maintaining cutting-edge platforms in the cloud? Join our team as a Senior Software Engineer and play a vital role in enhancing the platform that supports our innovative ScriptRunner Cloud products.

About the Role :

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of delivering changes through continuous integration and deployment, using your creative problem-solving skills to meet customer requirements. You'll be part of a dynamic team managing the core technology infrastructure, where you'll have the opportunity to set up build pipelines, select web server technologies, design hosting architectures, and organize repositories.

Key Responsibilities :

• Investigate and solve complex problems, identifying root causes to prevent incidents.
• Research and document solutions within Atlassian’s Connect and Forge platform constraints.
• Design systems and architecture to implement scalable solutions for customer requirements.
• Build and test serverless applications, define application stacks, and create automated deployment plans.
• Migrate high-traffic systems to new designs without downtime.
• Monitor and debug services, configure valuable alarms, and analyze logs for performance insights.
• Evaluate systems for operational reliability and identify improvement opportunities.
