We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as a Supplier Development Engineer.

The Supplier Development Engineer is responsible for ensuring that customer requirements are understood and translated into robust processes that comply with legal and quality approval requirements. This involves working with all employees to increase the company's efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability by identifying and facilitating opportunities for improvement.

To drive continuous improvement within designated Suppliers, delivering measurable benefits to Incora. This is achieved through leading and coaching suppliers to enhance performance and mitigate supply chain risks.

About you Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or a combination of education and experience.
  • Sigma or Lean accreditation.
  • 5-8 years of project management experience.
  • 5-8 years of experience in delivering change programs.

Qualifications

  • Build relationships with designated supplier leadership teams to influence improvement activities and promote continuous improvement.
  • Undertake capability assessments on suppliers and drive the closure of action plans to reduce supplier risk.
  • Drive supplier improvement through deployment of supplier charters ensuring activities deliver measurable benefits to Incora.
  • Provide technical support to commodity strategy sourcing and product transfers to minimize activity risks.
  • Travel as necessary to improve supplier performance.
  • Participate in improvement activities at department / company level to enhance business performance.
