Role Overview :
This role blends the strategic vision of a marketing architect with the consultative expertise of a marketing operations specialist. Our MarTech Solutions Architect will guide clients through the creation, optimization, and scaling of lead nurturing, lead scoring, and automated marketing programs - leveraging our star platform : Adobe Marketo - and CRM systems to generate qualified leads, enhance brand awareness, and maximize marketing ROI.
You will manage the full lifecycle of marketing automation development, from requirements gathering and solution design to testing, configuration, analytics, and optimization. In addition to deep expertise in marketing automation, you will evaluate, integrate, and improve broader marketing technology ecosystems to deliver scalable, efficient, and business-aligned solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work with clients to turn Marketo into a revenue driver, using best practices in marketing automation, lead management and revenue performance management.
- Design technical architectures and data-driven marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development and operations teams.
- Configure marketing platforms (Marketo, CRM, etc.) and oversee development, testing, and deployment.
- Serve as technical subject matter expert on Marketo, advising clients and internal teams on best practices, integrations, and optimizations.
- Create clear and comprehensive technical and architectural documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead client meetings, manage expectations, and update deployment strategies.
- Train and enable internal teams and clients on platform usage and workflows.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation, and scalability in implemented solutions.
- Support project estimation, technical discovery, and roadmap planning.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
5-8 years of experience in Marketo design and implementation with deep system knowledge.2 years leading Marketo Engage implementations and working with CRMs (Salesforce, Dynamics 365).Marketo Certified Solutions Architect (MCSA) is preferred or obtained within 3 months of hire.Proven experience with digital marketing techniques including inbound / outbound marketing, demand generation (email, tradeshows, webinars, sales enablement, REST / SOAP APIs), etc.Ability to write SQL queries and model relational data.Familiarity with HTML, MJML, CSS, and responsive email coding.Experience working with business owners in defining reporting and data & project requirements.Excellent english & spanish verbal and written communication skills, both technical and business-oriented.A relevant experience in a marketing operations management role is a plus.A flexible, positive attitude with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.Perks and Benefits :
