THE MISSION

We are looking for an In-store Enterprise Account Executive to help us develop our business by signing top enterprise merchants in Spain for our Instore payment solutions. You will support our Country Sales Manager in setting the strategic commercial direction and regional go-to-market strategy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

  • Define and map your portfolio strategy
  • Identify and build your champions in negotiations
  • Identify merchant pain points to propose optimal solutions
  • Focus on pipeline generation to meet your targets
  • Establish strong relations with key stakeholders, building and executing joint business plans for mutual growth
  • Follow Scalapay's sales process and methodology
  • Sell our in-store solutions to existing omnichannel customers

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR :

  • Exceptional salesperson with results beyond 90% of peers
  • At least 4 years experience in complex enterprise sales (>
  • 7 months sales cycles) and key account management

  • Methodical approach
  • Fluent in retail and payments terminology
  • Native / near-native Spanish (C1-C2) and strong English (B2-C1)
  • Strong CRM skills (preferably Hubspot), LinkedIn, and prospecting tools
  • Cherry on the cake" skills :

  • Experience with retail (non-food), drive-to-store, or cashier / payment systems for physical stores
