As a Working Aerospace or UTM / ATM student, you will play an essential role in supporting our expert team by assisting with technical research, documentation, and project coordination for UAS / AAM operations and UTM / U-space integration. Please note : This position requires working from our Madrid office.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Operational Concept Support :

Assist in developing and reviewing Concepts of Operations (ConOps) for UAS operations and airspace integration.

Support documentation of operational scenarios under the guidance of senior consultants.

2. UTM and ATM Research :

Conduct structured research into UTM / ATM systems, standards, and technologies.

Summarise technical information and present insights to internal teams.

3. Validation & Testing Preparation :

Help prepare for simulations, validation trials, and live demonstrations.

Support logistics, scenarios and test cases setup, and data collection efforts.

4. Technical Documentation Assistance :

Draft, format, and maintain technical documents such as briefing decks, ConOps drafts, and technical system descriptions.

Ensure clarity, structure, and branding consistency.

5. Team & Project Coordination :

Participate in team meetings and contribute to task tracking and project planning.

Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders when required.

Qualifications :

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in aerospace engineering, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
• Basic understanding of UTM / ATM systems and unmanned aviation operations.
• Advanced communication and writing skills in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (especially PowerPoint and Word).
• Excellent attention to detail and structured working style.
• Ability to work independently, ask questions, and follow through on assignments.
• Availability for 15–20 hours per week during the semester (flexible schedule).
