Main Responsibilities

This position is responsible for assisting in the preparation of consolidated financial statements for Wallbox Group, supporting SOX procedures (including control evidence), and attending to auditor requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance (ADE)
Proven experience in consolidation, accounting, or similar roles
Knowledge of Spanish GAAPs and IFRS
Understanding of Consolidation rules (IFRS)
Knowledge of SOX Law
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, systems, and procedures
At least 4 years of experience in a similar position or at a Big4 firm

Skills

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Experience managing data quality and traceability for regulatory reports

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with good presentation skills

Excellent communication skills in an international, multicultural team

Team player with self-starting and autonomous working style

Ability to adapt to multicultural environments

Reliable and discreet

You Will

Prepare consolidated financial statements

Review the accounting treatment of group transactions

Develop and implement financial procedures

Assist in preparing annual reports under Spanish GAAP and IFRS

Ensure compliance with Transfer Pricing Policies

Problem-solving and proactive attitude

Support the Finance Department's initiatives and activities
