We are recruiting a new Account Manager to contribute to the growth of our Global Accounts (Segment : Enterprise with HQs in the DACH region).

Within the sales department, you are part of a dynamic team at the heart of the Group's strategy. You will be responsible for a portfolio of client companies within our Group.

In direct contact with high-level decision-makers, you will manage budgets ranging from 100k to several hundred thousand euros.

What You'll Do

  • Sell a suite of SaaS solutions (eLearning, Assessment) and services (Live Lessons) tailored to client needs and evolving challenges.
  • Ensure renewal of contracts with an existing client base and implement upselling strategies (additional solutions, new entities).
  • Identify key decision-makers within client organizations (L&D, LMS experts, procurement, internal sponsors) and engage them regularly through meetings, lunches, and industry events.
  • Position yourself as a key contact for clients' training success.
  • Manage the entire bidding process, including preparation, response, presentation, and negotiation.
  • Collaborate closely with a Customer Success Manager to deploy solutions for clients.

What we are looking for

  • Motivated and dynamic individuals interested in selling value-added services and new technologies.
  • Experience managing medium to long-term sales cycles, valued at 100K€+.
  • Results-oriented with strong relational skills to nurture growth opportunities among stakeholders.
  • Ability to create and maintain a network of decision-makers.
  • 2-3 years of successful sales experience in complex B2B sales preferred.
  • Native German speaker or C1 English level mandatory.
