About the Company - ZKTeco Europe is a multinational enterprise specialized in the manufacture and development of biometrics and RFID technology solutions for the Security industry. Our main focus is on Biometrics such as face recognition, palm-vein recognition, fingerprint, and iris recognition, applied to Time Attendance, Access Control Systems, Video Surveillance, and many more areas.

About the Role - We are hiring a Product Manager for Products & Solutions Security (Access Control, Entrance Control, CCTVs...) for our office in Madrid.

You will work closely with our clients across Europe, as part of our Technology Area, and headquarters teams to select and develop suitable products for the European market. Your responsibilities include conducting market research, generating product requirements, determining specifications, pricing, managing product release schedules, developing marketing strategies, and overseeing the entire product lifecycle.

Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis of the Security industry (control access, entrance control, and other solutions), including competitor and customer insights.
Formulate regional pricing strategies based on market, competition, customer needs, and internal strategies; coordinate with relevant departments to finalize the price list.
Support sales teams with customer visits and develop marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with R&D on product development to ensure compatibility and reliability.
Prepare supporting materials before product launches and upload them to the company’s official website and datasheets.
Forecast initial orders for new products, determine inventory levels, and plan for stock, turnover, and inventory clearance.
Organize and facilitate periodic product training sessions, from planning and design to execution.
Design promotional strategies, prepare marketing materials, and execute promotional activities.
Prepare promotional packages for roadshows and exhibitions.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in Product Management within the Security industry.

Good understanding and knowledge of security products, especially access control in Europe, and familiarity with top brands.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Willingness to travel as required.

Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Support, and customers.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong analytical skills.

Hands-on training and facilitation skills.

This position is based in Madrid.
