Security Operations Manager
Serve as the primary point of contact to data center management and security personnel when the Security Team Manager is unavailable.
Assist with training and certification for all new security personnel, maintaining required documentation at the data center.
Ensure adherence to policies and Standard Operating Procedures among security personnel.
Act as Screener, Screening Supervisor, Responder, or Control Room Supervisor during periods of increased activity or staff absences.
Maintain and troubleshoot on-site security technology.
Support critical infrastructure sites as needed.
Recommend corrective actions for security staff to the Security Team Manager.
Assist with delivering counseling and corrective action as directed by the Security Team Manager.
Assist with scheduling, site equipment inspections, and audit compliance at the data center and potentially sister sites.
Conduct recurring audits and submit critical information directly to client management.
Maintain accurate security documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Perform routine rhythm of business tasks.
Identify security shortfalls and suggest improvements to the security program.
Evaluate and escalate potential safety issues within the facility.
Required knowledge includes safe work practices, company policies, and job safety regulations.
