Job Description :

  • Maintain relationships with our valued end customers and channel partners in a project sales environment.
  • Ensure a balanced prospect and sales lead database, managed through our CRM, Salesforce.
  • Build confidence to secure new business.
  • Ensure strong technical support for both our Account Managers and customers by being involved in all aspects of pre-sales activities and maintaining a close partnership with our Customer Care Team.
  • Be part of an experienced and lively sales team.
  • Work remotely, visit customers, and connect via Teams; flexibility is key.
  • Take responsibility for achieving sales quotas in a defined territory and vertical market customer base.

You have :

  • Technical qualification in electrical engineering is preferred.
  • Ideally 5+ years proven sales experience in the electrical or industrial market in a project sales environment.
  • Proven skills in selling to multiple customer types.
  • Strong negotiation and collaboration abilities, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to develop positive relationships, assess trends, and translate them into opportunities to deliver value within given timelines.
  • Ability to define and quantify opportunities through customer research.
  • Fluent in Spanish with good knowledge of Italian.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly and deliver effective presentations or proposals.
  • Willingness to meet customers in the field, including after hours. Travel up to 60%, with potential overnight stays. Valid driver's license required.
