Ready to take the lead in building strong business relationships in one of Europe's most dynamic cities? We're seeking passionate Account Managers to join our Barcelona-based team, helping small and medium-sized businesses thrive through smart, customer-first solutions.

Your Mission :

  • Manage a portfolio of SMB clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored product solutions
  • Establish and nurture long-term partnerships through consultative selling
  • Identify growth opportunities and guide clients toward the tools that drive success
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the client's industry, goals, and challenges to offer strategic advice
  • Meet and exceed quarterly targets while upholding excellent service standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
  • Provide feedback to enhance processes, strategy, and client outcomes

  • Are fluent in German or Dutch , with solid English (B2) communication skills

  • Can confidently present solutions and close deals
