What You Will Be Doing :
- Handling incoming phone calls, messages, and emails from Dyson customers.
- Providing information and assistance on Dyson products, including vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair care tools, and more.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and offering solutions to customer inquiries.
- Processing warranty claims, repairs, and replacements.
- Offering product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
Job Requirements :
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English .Strong attention to detail.Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle unexpected changes and customer concerns with professionalism.Experience in customer support or technical support roles will be appreciated.What We Offer :
