We are a fast-growing B2B SaaS company serving enterprise customers. As part of our commitment to seamless customer onboarding and implementation, we have created a new Professional Services Engineering Team within our Customer Ops unit. This team ensures that clients transition smoothly from contract signing to go-live, handling custom integrations, migrations, and technical onboarding.

We’re looking for a mid-level Front-End Engineer (VUE.js) to join our Professional Services team. This role is perfect for someone with a consultancy or project-driven background who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. You will be responsible for building and optimizing custom integrations, automation, and enhancements that ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.

Duties and responsibilities

Develop and maintain front-end applications in Vue.js for customer onboarding and integrations.

Customize UI elements and workflows to match enterprise client requirements.

Work closely with back-end engineers to integrate APIs and data layers.

Assist in troubleshooting UI / UX issues during onboarding and go-live periods.

Ensure responsive, accessible, and scalable front-end designs.

Participate in technical discussions with clients to align on implementation details.

Work within structured project timelines (Gantt, detailed tasks, and time tracking).

Required skills and experience

3+ years of experience in front-end development with Vue.js.

Background in consultancy, project-based development, or professional services preferred.

Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and component-based architecture.

Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs and enterprise systems.

Appetite to include AI and vibe coding in your workflows and ways of working

Ability to adapt UI / UX solutions based on customer-specific needs.

Strong debugging skills and experience optimizing front-end performance.

Excellent communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration.

Willingness to travel occasionally for go-live support.
