MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
Implement Facebook / Instagram ad campaigns, analyze results, and optimize performance.
Collaborate on Google Ads campaign strategies.Monitor data sources : review monthly results and provide recommendations for improvement.Social Networks :Work with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
Assist in creating monthly content calendars.Manage community engagement : create, schedule, and publish content.Proactively engage with our community to increase brand engagement.Analyze competitors regularly to stay updated on digital trends.Monitor social web activity, listen, and respond to online conversations.Manage online reputation and respond to feedback.Prepare monthly performance reports.MUST HAVE :
Open, curious, energetic, and focused attitude with strong teamwork skills. We seek a junior professional who aligns with our studio values.Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.1-2 years of experience in Marketing & Communications, with solid knowledge of marketing principles.Proven experience in community management and paid media (Facebook & Instagram Ads, Google Adwords, etc.).Excellent communication and editorial skills.Proficiency in both Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.NICE TO HAVE :
