Descripción del trabajoAssist management in its daily accounting and financial responsibilities Maintain general accounting and be the contact person for the shared service center on the accounting / finance side Carry out a monthly review of accounts (balance sheet / charges) and carry out consistency analyzes Prepare current tax declarations (VAT Income Tax etc. To be familiar with the AEAT mail box Support monthly closing tasks Prepare weekly documentation to be treated in the bank Support Shared Service Center with reporting packages balance sheet and accounting annexes Actively participate in the implementation of a new accounting and management tool Understand and study the financial and accounting processes of the new tool Test processes report and participate in problem resolution Participation in data migration management in collaboration with other financial services Monitor customer collections in collaboration with the shared service and management Participate in internal and external audits Ensure the proper application of existing rules and procedures Experience : minimum from 5 to 10 years in general accounting Qualification : Masters Degree in Economics Business Administration or equivalent. Broad knowledge of IFRS PGC accounting standards Deep knowledge of SAP and MS Excel Proficiency in Business English Proactive autonomous and team player Detailminded accounting Excellent analytical skills Desirable : experience in a consulting / audit firm
