We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Digital Marketing Professional to join our global team as the right hand to the Global Head of Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in driving strategic projects globally, helping expand our service portfolio, and supporting both local and regional teams to scale our end-to-end digital marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a close business partner to the Global Head of Digital Marketing.
• Provide end-to-end support on the design and execution of global strategic initiatives.
• Support in business development efforts, commercial pre-sales, and client project delivery across key international markets.
• Follow up on financial KPIs, project budgets, and reporting of strategic accounts.
• Contribute to the evolution of our AI-driven End2End 2.0 model to fully automate the sales funnel.
• Lead the ideation and implementation of new services : Digital Collection : Debt recovery automation and global digital expansion. Social Selling Automation : Monitor customer conversations on social media and activate conversion campaigns for our clients.
• Liaise with country teams to ensure the rollout and success of global initiatives.
• Support cross-functional teams on strategic client engagements and digital marketing implementations.
• Champion digital innovation and best practices across all regions.
