Partner Support Representative with German

In this role, you will provide SEO optimization recommendations, content audits, and digital marketing support to partners. Remuneration : Base salary + bonus

Responsibilities :

• SEO & Content Optimization
• Conduct basic SEO optimization (KW gap analysis, onsite search recommendations).
• Perform content audits and review online audit results.
• Provide quality checks and feedback to audit agencies.
• Partner Support & Training
• Onboard and train partners on content best practices.
• Troubleshoot content-related issues and ensure toolkit execution.
• Monitor and track performance improvements and optimizations .
• Data Analysis & Reporting
• Prepare partner optimization reports highlighting key gaps and recommendations.
• Track KPIs and analyze digital marketing execution .
• Support partners in achieving digital business goals .

What You Bring :

Language Skills : Native / fluent German (C1) and English (B2+ level) .

Experience : Minimum 1 year in online sales, digital content management, or eCommerce .

Education : Degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Business Administration (preferred).

Digital Marketing Knowledge : Experience with SEO, eMerchandising, and web analytics is a plus.

Skills : Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills .

Tech-Savvy : Strong computing literacy ( Windows, Office, etc. ).
