Location : based in Madrid covering the Madrid, Castilla la Mancha, Murcia and Valencia regions

The Sales Specialist MIBS Portfolio isakeymemberoftheBreast &SkeletalHealthcommercialteam,responsiblefordrivingadoptionandsalesofHologic’sminimallyinvasivebiopsy.

ThisroleinvolvesworkingcloselywithKey Account Managers,ClinicalSpecialists,andradiologystakeholderstoidentifycustomerneeds,delivertailoredsolutions,andgrowthe MIBS marketshareacrosstheassignedregion.

What You Can Expect :

  • OwnanddrivesalesperformanceforthefullMIBS(minimally invasive biopsy) portfoliowithintheassignedterritory.
  • ServeasthesubjectmatterexpertonHologic’sbiopsyandspecimenimagingsystems,supportingproductpositioningandclinicaldiscussions.
  • CollaboratewithKey Account Managerstoidentifyopportunities,developaccountstrategies,andclosesales.
  • Conductproductdemonstrations withradiologists,technologists,andprocurementteams.
  • BuildstrongrelationshipswithKOLsandkeydecision-makersinbreastimagingcentersandhospitals.
  • Providepost-salesupporttoensuresmoothproductadoption,customersatisfaction,andclinicalsuccess.
  • Maintainaccuraterecordsofsalesactivities,pipeline,andcustomerengagementthroughSalesforceandotherreportingtools.
  • Staycurrentoncompetitiveofferings,clinicaltrends,andmarketdynamicstoinformsalesstrategy.
  • RepresentHologicattradeshows,workshops,andregionaltrainingeventsasrequired

What We Expect :

  • Bachelor’sdegreeinLifeSciences,Business,orarelatedfield.
  • Salesexperience,preferablyininterventionalradiology,biopsy,orsurgicaloncology.
  • Clinicalandtechnicalproductknowledge.
  • Provenabilitytoengagebothclinicalandeconomicstakeholdersinvalue-basedand consultative selling.
  • Excellentcommunication,presentation,andconsultativesellingskills.
  • Highlyorganized,self-driven,andcomfortableworkinginacross-functionalteamenvironment.
  • Abilitytotravelupto 60%withintheterritory.
