This position is part of the People Operations team, responsible for providing day-to-day support services to employees in EMEA. Key responsibilities include handling onboarding and offboarding processes, benefits, payroll, and immigration matters. Additionally, this role will support global and regional People & Culture programs, annual performance reviews, and other projects.
The successful candidate will be based in Madrid, reporting to the Operations Manager. As an Operations Associate, you will provide first-line support and serve as a culture ambassador for our employees, ensuring they receive the best employee experience throughout their journey with the company.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international corporate environment. Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential, with additional European languages being a plus. Prior experience with HR tools such as Workday HCM or ServiceNow would be beneficial. A strong interest in core HR topics such as employment law, benefits, or payroll is also desirable.
