Hexlox is a leading innovator in bicycle part security and other industries, offering smart, easy-to-install anti-theft solutions that protect bike parts from theft. Our products are trusted by cyclists, bike shops, and manufacturers worldwide. As we expand our presence in Spain, we are looking for a passionate and driven Independent Sales Rep to join our team.

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Independent Sales Rep to develop and grow our business in the Spanish market. Your primary focus will be to establish and maintain relationships with bike shops, distributors, and manufacturers, driving sales of Hexlox products across the country. Additionally, growth opportunities in other industries may be included based on the applicant's profile.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and approach potential B2B customers, including bike shops, distributors, and OEM partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration in Spain.
  • Provide product training and support to retailers and distributors if necessary.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to promote Hexlox when needed.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with new customers or facilitate handover to HQ.
  • Provide market feedback to support product development and sales strategies.

Requirements :

  • Proven sales experience in the bicycle industry, preferably in the Spanish market.
  • Strong network of contacts within the bike retail and distribution sector or other industries.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Interest in cycling and bicycle security solutions is preferred.
