Marketing is our exciting game board in the ever-evolving toy industry, and we are all set to playWe are seeking a proactive and results-drivenBrand Managerto join ourGames teamwith3 to 5 years of experiencein brand strategy, product development, and portfolio management to oversee, among others,iconicbrands likeMille Bornes .The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing and executing brand plans, launching new products, and optimizing existing portfolios to meet market demands.

A strong collaborator across functions, with a focus on ensuring brand consistency and driving sales performance.Fluency inbothFrench and Englishis required.To achieve this goal, yourfunctionswill be the following : Brand Strategy & Planning : Developed and executed long-term (3 years) and short-term (1 year) brand strategies in collaboration with senior brand managers and markets, ensuring alignment with company goals.Product & Portfolio Management : Led the management of the product portfolio, including launching new products, optimizing existing ones, and redesigning packaging.Sales Performance : Proactively monitored sales performance, working with trade marketing and local sales teams to adjust strategies and ensure growth.Product Briefings & Launches : Created and managed product briefings for new product development, packaging updates, and content creation.Collaboration & Communication : Coordinated with marketing, sales, finance, legal, supply chain and product development teams to ensure alignment on product strategies and market needs.Market Research & Insights : Supported qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to gather insights on market trends and brand performance.Training : Assisted in training internal teams on new product features and brand messaging to ensure consistent communication.Theknowledgeyou should bring to Jumbo Group to take our services to the next level is : Degree : University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor / Master / Diploma).Marketing Knowledge : Solid understanding of marketing principles, brand strategy, and product development.Project Management : Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.Industry Affinity : Interest in Jumbodiset products, with knowledge of the toy market being a plus.Language Skills : Fluent in bothFrench and English.Other languages is a plus.Experience : Minimum of3 - 5 yearsof experience in a similar brand management or marketing role, supporting brand strategies and product development.Knowledge ofFrench retail landscape is required.What's waiting for you : 25 vacation days + one day off to enjoy your birthdayTwo working from home days per weekTwo "work from anywhere" weeks per yearFlexible working hours in and outHealth insurancePension planAccess to psychotherapy, wellbeing, and mindfulness programsA clear career development plan tailored to your growthAn informal, performance-oriented culture with short lines of communicationA welcome pack that includes some of our favourite gamesIf you are dynamic, creative, passionate, hardworking, and want to join a toys and games international company,we are waiting for you .Let's unlock the power of play
