Job Offer Growth Hacker

Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)

Contract :  Full-time

We're looking for a data-driven  Growth Hacker  to lead and execute bold growth strategies, combining marketing automation, CRM mastery, and innovative experimentation to scale lead generation and maximise conversion.

You will bridge the gap between Marketing and Sales, ensuring our Zoho CRM ecosystem is fully optimised, leading high-performing campaigns, and identifying scalable opportunities to grow our B2B customer base.

Define and execute A / B testing, CRO, and performance experiments.

  • Work with the marketing team to align messaging, digital campaigns and data flows.
  • Collaborate with sales to boost lead quality, quantity and nurturing tactics.

CRM & Automation

  • Own and optimise Zoho CRM to meet commercial, reporting, and automation needs.
  • Analyse data and segment audiences to personalise touchpoints across the funnel.
  • Lead Generation & Performance

  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound tools to generate qualified B2B leads.
  • Identify high-converting channels and scale them using performance-based strategies.
  • Use AI tools to enrich lead data, personalise outreach and speed up campaign execution.

  • Introduce new tools and technology that improve marketing and sales performance.
  • Stay on top of trends in growth hacking, automation and digital marketing.
  • Commercial Impact

  • Create compelling, C-level copy and messaging in English.
  • Represent the company in live sales conversations, events, and networking situations.
  • Monitor KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, MQL-to-SQL rate, and continuously improve them.
  • 5+ years' experience in Growth Marketing, CRM, or Performance Marketing in B2B.

  • Deep expertise in  Zoho CRM  and  LinkedIn Sales Navigator .
  • You know how to test and implement smart tools to boost funnel performance.
  • Data-driven mindset : you trust numbers and work with dashboards, KPIs, and trends.
  • Fluent English (C2 or native-level); Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Strong communicator with commercial flair; Ideal Personal Qualities
  • Curious, agile, and adaptable to changing market dynamics.
