SAP Project Manager

A successful candidate in this position will lead teams of employees and consultants to implement SAP S / 4HANA ERP solutions at various Flowserve plants and locations globally. The scope includes complete end-to-end implementations, point CIP solutions, technical upgrades, and module-specific implementations. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and a strong desire to deliver results while managing multiple projects simultaneously. This is a hands-on project management role requiring participation and leadership in all project phases : design, development, implementation, deployment, and maintenance.

In this role, you will report to the ERP 2.0 Program Lead.

Your profile :

• 10 years of experience as an Information Systems Manager, IT Project Manager, Application Developer, Systems Analyst, or related roles.
• Experience leading teams of at least 10 members.
• 7 years of SAP ERP implementation experience, including 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with three full lifecycle implementations from requirements gathering to production support.
• At least 3 years as a hands-on ERP Project Manager.
• Familiarity with SAP’s project methodology.
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical shop floor personnel.
• Possession of a 4-year degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work within and manage matrix teams, proactively resolving issues and technical problems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently.
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Expertise in Change Request Management, preferably with SAP Solution Manager (CHARM process).
• Proven experience with SAP upgrades, enhancement packages, SAP Notes, and release change management.
