At Kantox, we are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our dynamic Sales team and play a key role in our organization.

We seek an energetic, achievement-oriented Sales Development Representative fluent in Spanish to help grow our sales pipeline by engaging with key stakeholders in target accounts and qualifying incoming leads efficiently.

Meet the team :

Your mission at Kantox

Reporting to the Business Development Team Manager, your responsibilities include :

  • Becoming an expert on Kantox’s operations, the problems we solve, and the benefits we provide to clients.
  • Conducting effective discovery and qualification calls via phone, LinkedIn, and email with key stakeholders.
  • Qualifying inbound leads through a deep understanding of our value proposition and use cases.
  • Maintaining detailed records of interactions in our CRM (Salesforce).

Who you are :

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or business administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A team player willing to assist colleagues when needed.
  • Hands-on experience with sales techniques, including cold emailing and cold calling.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, motivated, and achievement-oriented.
  • Native proficiency in Spanish.
  • Experience in B2B sales or business development is a plus.
  • CRM experience, especially Salesforce, is a plus.
