The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Durlet Apartments, including managing staff (front desk, housekeeping, cleaning,…), ensuring high standards of service and maintenance of the apartments, developing and implementing operational strategies, and managing budgets. The role also involves ensuring compliance with local regulations and improving overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.QualificationsExperience in Operations Management and managing teams in the field of hospitality, tourism, etc…Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in BudgetingExcellent Communication skillsProven Team Management skillsAbility to work on-site in BarcelonaBackground in real estate is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field```
