Job title :

Senior PPA Consultant

Location : Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain (On-site)

TGRC has a new role for a Senior PPA Consultant to join a leading renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure investment platform with a global presence.

The company has recently closed their 5th investment fund of €2bn+. The role covers the portfolio hedging strategy definition and execution, commercial strategy and activity, global markets analysis and modelisation, revenue optimization, and strategy determination for new ventures and business models.

The responsibilities :

Support in defining the company's commercial strategy, including the sale of electricity and other business models or services related to the energy transition.

Lead the commercial activity of the group. Origination of contacts and relationships with partners.

Valuation of different hedging structures (fixed prices, options) for all the assets in the portfolio.

Support the investment team, and contribute to structuring Project Finance transactions.

Lead the execution of commercial contracts, working with highly experienced multicultural project teams and experts for each of the products produced under the portfolio.

Participate in and launch PPA processes across the different geographies to obtain optimal solutions for the portfolio.

The Individual :

Preparation and presentation of commercial pitches and documentation for investment committees.

3 to 7 years of experience in the energy markets

At least 2 years of experience in the valuation / negotiation of physical or financial hedges

Very high level of Excel and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of portfolio management and risk assessment.
