About the Role

This high-profile position involves serving as a critical member of our IT management team. As the head of Cybersecurity, you will oversee a dedicated security team and collaborate closely with stakeholders across all business functions to ensure compliance, risk management, and alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Develop, implement, and maintain global cybersecurity policies in partnership with leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Lead a dedicated security team of two security officers, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee the Security Operations Center (SOC) and manage incident response efforts.
  • Ensure cybersecurity maturity levels meet or exceed compliance standards such as NIS and CMM.
  • Cross-functional collaboration & communication : act as a liaison between the cybersecurity function and all business units.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior cybersecurity leadership role, preferably as a CISO or similar position.
  • Industry background in manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred, with exposure to operational technology (OT) security.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage cross-functional collaboration at all levels of an organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex cybersecurity concepts for a wide range of stakeholders.
