Our client is an international digital services Group with multi-sector operations, currently undergoing inorganic growth, ERP implementation, and corporate restructuring in its Spanish operations.

Our client requires a senior professional to oversee accounting, invoicing and cash collection in Spain, coordinate monthly closings, and actively participate in M&A, ERP migration and alignment with Group accounting standards.

Objectives :

Ensure compliance with Spanish accounting and tax regulations, lead the local accounting team, guarantee timely closings, and support strategic projects such as mergers, system integration and Group financial reporting.

Duration : Six months estimated

Location : Spain

Estimated start : 16 / 06 / 2025

Dedication : Full time

Requisitos

• Senior executive with 10+ years in accounting and tax
• Experienced in team leadership, monthly closings, consolidation, and M&A processes.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of Spanish GAAP and ERP systems required.
