We are seeking an exceptional Global Finance Transformation Expert to lead the integration and transformation of our finance functions across the organization.

Drive significant change projects across finance and the wider organization.
Develop, implement and continuous improve systems, initiatives, and processes across finance.

Key responsibilities :

Finance Transformation

The successful candidate will have expertise in finance operations and processes, operating models, global business services, and finance technologies. They will be responsible for :

Designing, implementing, and delivering accounting / finance process metrics and performance KPIs, month-end closing cockpit.

Leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of systems, initiatives, and processes across finance.

Centre of Excellence (Shared Service Center)

The Global Finance Transformation Expert will also lead / manage the new Centre of Excellence (with Deloitte India) specialized in Finance and working globally across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Responsibilities include :

Establishing and driving new and automated local and global processes - best in class controllership practices : i.e. 4 working day closing, account reconciliation tool.

Piloting projects for process and technology improvement.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need :

Bachelor's degree required; CPA / ACCA highly preferred.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Ability to lead significant multi-disciplinary senior teams.

Significant prior experience in finance process optimization and automation.

Experience in a range of best-in-class finance disciplines including e.g. systems change, best practice reporting, change management, managing remote teams etc.

You will also need to demonstrate :

An ability to identify and lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of projects, systems, initiatives, and processes.

An ability to identify areas for improvement and best-in-class practice.

A confident, decisive person with strong interpersonal skills.

An accomplished professional who is tenacious and determined.
