Your mission

Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our plant. While automation handles routine tasks, your hands-on decision-making, adaptability, eye for performance improvement and compliance with safety standards will be the key to our success.

Your Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure smooth and safe production processes.
• Document plant operations digitally using COMOS for seamless knowledge transfer and tracking.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment malfunctions, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including welding, electrical work, and mechanical repairs.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations to uphold operational excellence.
• Proactively contribute to process optimization, driving efficiency and performance improvements.
