Job OpportunityWe are seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As the primary point of contact for key clients, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term strategic relationships with stakeholders at various levels.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in client relationship management, key account management, or consulting roles within IT services, with a strong focus on the insurance and banking sectors.Key responsibilities include :

1. Managing complex enterprise accounts and maintaining strong, long-term business relationships.2. Understanding clients' business goals, operational challenges, and regulatory environment to ensure the company delivers high-impact, value-added IT solutions.3. Facilitating communication between the client and internal teams, ensuring that feedback is captured and acted upon proactively.4. Driving client satisfaction, retention, and account growth through continuous engagement and service improvement initiatives.5. Providing strategic input on service design, innovation, and business development initiatives based on client insights and market intelligence.Required skills and qualifications include :

  • A solid understanding of the operational and regulatory dynamics of financial institutions and insurance companies.- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences effectively.- A high level of English (spoken and written), with fluency in Spanish.- Experience working with delivery and cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.- A willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.- A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.We offer a competitive salary and a flexible compensation plan adapted to your needs.
