Radio Frequency Optimization Professional

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Radio Frequency Optimization Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RF optimization, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit and optimize mobility strategies for Radio Networks
  • Provide parameter audit and optimization suggestions for LNR
  • Suggest CA parameters for LTE and NR networks
  • Prepare scripts and verify RFCs
  • Analyze KPIs and troubleshoot issues
  • Prepare weekly technical reports

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Radio Network Optimization, with a focus on GSM / LTE / NR Huawei
  • At least 1 year of experience in NR optimization
  • Experience with multicarrier and multi-layer networks (2G, 4G & 5G)

    • Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Mapinfo, Atoll, PRS, U2000, Business object, Romes, TEMS
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities

    • Working Conditions

    This is a remote position, with the option to work from home. The first week will be spent onsite, with the remainder of the project completed remotely.

    The duration of the project is 2 months, with a possible extension based on performance and project requirements.
