Your key activities will include participating in cultural transformation projects, analysis and diagnosis, development of working models, change management, design and facilitation of workshops, and travel requirements.Your Key Responsibilities :

• Participate in cultural transformation projects, including analysis and diagnosis phases- Develop working models and implement change management strategies- Design and facilitate workshops with clients and stakeholders- Travel internationally as required- Support business development by following up on prospects and managing customer relationsRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
