Requirements :

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Prior work experience in the banking, payment processing, or credit card industry is highly valued;
  • Comprehensive understanding of the mechanisms underlying fiat transactions;
  • Knowledge or work experience with AML fiat providers;
  • Attention to detail, meticulousness, non-standard approach to problem-solving;
  • Analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot issues;
  • Ability to work with Google Docs, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.

Responsibilities :

  • Work with AML fiat providers, update and create new rules;
  • Handle chargeback situations, increase win rate, and take responsibility for unresolved or lost requests;
  • Identify, investigate, and analyze high-risk transactions;
  • Operate data to identify suspicious transactions and connections between customers;
  • Analyze customer transactional behavior and identify patterns;
  • Handle inquiries from NDA.
