What you’ll do :

• Deliver IT support services to internal users as part of the IT Support team.
• Provide guidance, assistance, and follow-up on technical issues related to systems, applications, hardware, and software.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical problems, escalating when necessary.
• Help ensure client satisfaction by following up on inquiries and support requests.
• Collaborate with IT professionals and supervisors to determine the appropriate course of action for complex issues.
• Contribute to process improvement by identifying recurring issues and suggesting enhancements.
• Support the creation of initial technical reports and analyses.
• Learn how to apply standard techniques and procedures used in IT Support.
• Receive coaching and guidance from experienced team members.
