We are a leading provider of innovative solutions to the Food & Beverage industry. For over three decades, we have been supplying natural fruit ingredients such as juice concentrates and soft drink bases.
As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with production schedules and optimizing work systems and methods.
Responsibilities :
- Improve production and health and safety standards, ensuring site meets company and government regulations.
- Train production operators to handle machinery and format changes, and perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
- Operate and control reactors, controlling variables involved.
- Taking samples according to sampling plan, using procedures and resources of each phase.
- Apply occupational risk prevention and environmental protection regulations, identifying equipment-related risks.
- Filling in relevant documentation and process reports for process monitoring.
- Determining characteristics of maintenance actions, justifying their need.
- Identifying electronic-electrical elements in machines or automated lines, describing functions they perform and interaction with each other.
- Making adjustments following instructions.
- Optimizing and implementing strategies to create continuous improvement environment and achieve production targets.
- Managing and motivating skilled operators to ensure full engagement of team members.
- Ensuring daily operations are carried out in compliance with all requirements, health and safety, food safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Reviewing production line at start of productions.
- Ensuring CIP cleaning and validation.
- Applying voluntary food safety management standards, being aware of their requirements.
- Researching and developing proposals for improvement of existing equipment and production lines, analysis, proposal, and start-up of new equipment, lines, infrastructures, and energy system.
- Collaborating with manager to research improvements and new investments in machinery and facilities.
- Participating in HACCP Team and Food Defence Emergency Team.
- Maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
