Cyber Security Specialist

About the role

You will be accountable for successful delivery of Operational Technology Consulting engagements. This includes team leadership, vendor management, program service offerings, business systems analysis, and service architecture.

In this role, you will develop, implement, and monitor strategic, comprehensive OT frameworks, guidelines, and best practices. You will be the subject matter expert and single point of contact within the practice to ensure all enterprise architecture decisions and recommendations meet security standards and best practices.

You will troubleshoot complex OT integration issues and promote timely response to user needs within predefined Service Level Agreements (SLA). You will be expected to respond to requests in a professional, confident, and courteous manner, either in person, over the phone, or via email.

To be successful in this role, you are able to collaborate closely with core teams to create security policies, disaster recovery plans, develop security vision and roadmap, evaluate and implement new security tools, and perform security assessments.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication, executive presentation, and analytical / troubleshooting skills, with the ability to build strong internal and client relationships. They have a broad business skill set, including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.

We are looking for someone who is experienced in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences. The candidate should also have experience in manual assessment of OT Architecture, Network design, controls, processes & policies.
