Salesforce Consultant (Remote)

One of our clients, a leading consultancy, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Consultant to join their team and help clients design, implement, and optimize loyalty programs using Salesforce Loyalty Management (Loyalty Cloud).

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce platforms, a strong understanding of customer loyalty strategies, and the ability to translate business goals into scalable, efficient solutions.

Responsibilities include :

• Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions tailored to client needs.
• Proven experience implementing and managing Salesforce Loyalty Management or Salesforce Loyalty Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
