Payroll and HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Payroll and HR Operations Specialist to oversee payroll calculations, process payroll using ADP software, and collaborate with ADP vendors to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Payroll Management : Oversee payroll calculations, process payroll via ADP, and coordinate with vendors for accurate salary payments.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding : Manage onboarding of new hires and offboarding of leavers, including document preparation, declarations, and final pay checks.
  • Leave & Absence Management : Administer vacation and leave policies, ensuring lawful and accurate payroll calculations.
  • Employment Contract Administration : Maintain and archive employment contracts, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
  • Social Security & Pension Management : Handle contributions in accordance with local legal requirements.
  • Vendor Management : Manage relationships with payroll, benefits, and pension service providers.
  • Benchmarking & Policy Development : Analyze market trends and support policy development aligned with business objectives.
  • HRIS & Data Management : Maintain accurate payroll and leave records within HRIS systems.
  • Compliance & Legal Review : Monitor legal changes, review policies, and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Reporting & Analysis : Provide reports and analysis to support decision-making.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, or HR operations, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Prior team management experience.
  • Hands-on experience with ADP payroll software.
  • Strong knowledge of European labour laws and social security regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and data management tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese; additional European language skills are a plus.
